- As our pickles and powders are made fresh upon order, processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Costs

- We ship within India using trusted courier services such as DTDC, India Post, Delhivery, or Blue Dart.

- Standard Shipping: ₹49 per order.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Timeframes

Packaging

Order Tracking

Undelivered or Damaged Orders

- If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of shipment.

- For damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 12 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. Refer to our Refund Policy for details on returns.
- We are not responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If your order isn’t delivered within the estimated 5-7 business days due to courier delays or errors (e.g., mistakenly marked as delivered), please allow us an estimated 4-5 business days to investigate and resolve the issue. If the order still hasn’t reached you, we’ll send fresh pickles at no extra cost.
