Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds for products purchased from www.avalehaquickeats.com under the following conditions:

    • Timeframe: You must request a refund within 2-4 days of receiving your order.

    • Condition: Due to the perishable nature of our food products (e.g., chicken pickles), refunds are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

    • Spoilage: If the pickle spoils within 5 days of receiving your order, we will refund 50% of the purchase amount. Please provide proof of spoilage (e.g., photos) when contacting us.

    • Proof: Please provide your order number and photos of the defective, incorrect, or spoiled item when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

    • Products that have been opened or used, unless defective, incorrect, or spoiled as described above.

    • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact us at avalehaenquiries@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the refund, and supporting photos.

    1. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide instructions for returning the item, if necessary.

    1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

    1. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Note that bank processing times may vary.

Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, customers must request a refund within 12 hours of delivery, and Avaleha QuickEats will cover return shipping costs by
    providing a prepaid shipping label.
  • If the product is spoiled, customers must request a refund within 2-4 days of delivery, and Avaleha Quick Eats will cover return shipping costs by providing a prepaid
    shipping label.
  • For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
